The first Ross-Fox home using hip-roof design and
multi-levels, this house was built with lumber milled from the trees
that were cut where the building stands. A magnificent flow is apparent
as soon as one enters, drawing the visitor first to the greenhouse
sitting area, then up or down to other wings of the building. Wood
salvaged from the lanes of an old-fashioned bowling alley in a nearby
town were used to create a set of beautiful, unique steps in one
wing of the house.
